President's Message - July 2010

Well, its hard to believe that it is already the beginning of July, tournament season is in full swing and the fish stories are better than ever. What a great 2010 season we have all seen so far.

Our Summer Open is coming quickly, July 25th on Squam Lake. Entrance fee is $150 per team. We will be raffling off our Minn Kota Trolling Motor at the end of the event. You still have time to purchase tickets if you would like and tickets will be on sale July 25th. You can purchase tickets from Sandy up to July 25th. See Bayard Lohmiller at the event. We can't say Thank you enough to Sandy at Northern Bass for all her time and support helping with this raffle.

We have received our new weigh in system and we have a training session planned the end of June to show us how to use it. We will be using it at our Summer Open. Thank you to all that have helped with this endeavor.

Our STQT's are fast approaching. All rosters and monies need to be in by the July meeting. Information that is required: Name, Status Boater or Non-Boater, Email, Cell phone and whether or not you are participating in the optional lunker pool. Entrance fee is $120 which includes the facility fee for both days. Lunker Pool is $10 per day ($20 for the weekend).
